TKC Remote Training Week - Work Out of the Day

Here are all the Workout of the Day Videos we put up on Facebook. Workout of the Day videos were strategically designed so that you can follow and train with us at home. The videos include everything from simple exercises such as jumping jack and sit ups to difficult exercises such as combination kicks and drills. Many videos have different difficulty levels, so feel free to pick your own level and repeat 3 times with a 2-minute rest between. Let’s do this!
